Returns & Refund Policy

At Areas Grey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for all product categories we sell.

1. Physical Products (Printful Fulfilled)

We work with Printful as our fulfilment partner, and our return & refund policy aligns with theirs:

Returns: We accept returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Custom or made-to-order items (unless damaged or defective)

Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Printful will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund once verified.

Return address:

Returns are processed via Printful’s facilities. We will provide the correct return address (UK, EU, or US) depending on where the order was fulfilled.

Please do not send returns back to the sender address on the shipping label.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Services, Gift Cards & Digital Products

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Digital downloads or memberships

Gift cards

Services (including consultancy, workshops, or experiences)

Exceptions may be made if there is a technical error (e.g., a failed file delivery), in which case we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged physical products.

If you need a different size or variant, you will need to place a new order once your return is processed.

How to Request a Return

Email us at admin@areasgrey.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm if your item qualifies and provide the correct return address.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
