      By purchasing or downloading designs, you agree that it is for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or otherwise use the design for any commercial purpose.

      Breach of Terms
      Any unauthorised commercial use of this design will result in liability for damages equal to:

      • the total revenue generated from such use, plus;

      • a compensatory fee of £500 per design used,
        to cover lost sales, legal costs, and damages to brand reputation.

    We actively monitor for infringement and will take legal action where necessary.

  • Physical Products: Merchandise is fulfilled through a third-party provider. In the event of defects, damages, or misprints, we will facilitate a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy. We are not responsible for user error, including incorrect sizing or ordering mistakes.
